RENEWING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Linguascope™ will send you reminder by post approximately two months before your subscription is due to expire. You are advised to renew your subscription at least two weeks before your account is due to expire. We will NOT prioritise or fast-track any renewal application as our policy is to process applications as a first-come first-served basis to warrant an equal and fair level of service. You should NOT call us when your subscription has expired as we will not be able to reactivate your account or take your order over the phone.

To renew, you need to fill in an order form and return it by post or fax. Alternatively, you can pay online.
On receipt of your order, you will be sent you a confirmation and invoice.

Your new subscription will only start when your current subscription expires, so do not leave it to the last minute!
